Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover everything you buy from the academy: training programs and memberships (monthly plans, per-session training, camps, add-ons) and shop gear. Checking “I agree” on the website, or paying at Clover checkout, means you accept them.

Training programs & memberships

• Recurring billing. Monthly and other recurring plans are charged to your card through Clover on the day you enroll, then on the same day each billing period, at the price and frequency shown when you enrolled. They continue until you cancel, unless the plan lists a set number of payments, in which case it ends by itself after the last one.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time by emailing or calling us (details above) at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access for the rest of the period you already paid for, and that period isn't refunded.
• Missed sessions. Sessions a player misses aren't refunded or credited. Make-up sessions are at the coach's discretion.
• Academy cancellations. If we cancel a session (weather, field closure, coach illness), we reschedule it or credit it toward your next billing period.
• Per-session and 1-on-1 training. Paid per session. Give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Later cancellations or no-shows count as a used session.
• Camps and clinics. Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first day. After that, we offer a credit toward a future camp or program instead of a refund.
• Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a recurring plan's price changes. You can cancel before the new price applies.
• Custom-priced programs (College Prep, After-School, 1-on-1 packages) are quoted in writing before any charge. The quote's billing and cancellation terms apply along with these.
• Player health and safety. Soccer is a physical sport with a risk of injury. Parents or guardians confirm the player is fit to take part and agree to follow coaches' safety instructions. The academy may ask for a separate participation and medical release form before training starts.

Shop refunds & returns

• Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded in full. Contact us within 30 days with your order details.
• Personalized or custom-printed items (names, numbers) cannot be returned unless defective.
• Approved refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days. Timing after that depends on your bank.
• To start a return, email us with your name and order number.

Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from. Training programs and shop gear are sold by the seller named above, based in Arizona, United States. Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Clover, our payment processor.
2. Orders. Your order is accepted once payment is approved and you get a confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
3. Prices & taxes. Prices are in US Dollars and can change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout. Applicable Arizona sales tax is added at checkout.
4. Pickup & delivery. Orders are handed out at academy training sessions unless shipping is chosen at checkout. If an item is back-ordered, we'll tell you the expected date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
5. Cancellations. You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it's picked up or shipped. Email us.
6. Refunds, returns and cancellations. The Training programs and Shop refunds sections above are part of these terms.
7. Disputes. If there's a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We'll try to resolve it within 5 business days. This doesn't limit your rights with your card issuer.
8. Privacy & security. We use your name, email and phone only to fill and support your order. We don't sell your information. Card details go directly to Clover over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are handled under PCI DSS card-security standards. We never see or store your full card number.
9. Product use. Training gear should be used with appropriate adult supervision for young players. Descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them. Colors can vary slightly.
10. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order applies to that order.
